, you'll be at the forefront of designing and optimizing advanced thermal architectures. Your expertise in
heat pump systems, refrigerant selection, and simulation integration

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Design and develop thermal system architectures for heat pumps and cooling systems
  • Evaluate refrigerants and components to meet performance and environmental goals
  • Integrate simulation insights and AI tools to refine system designs
  • Collaborate with R&D, product management, and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions
  • Analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings to senior stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Thermal Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • 5–10 years of experience in thermodynamics and thermal system design
  • Proficiency in simulation software (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL, MATLAB, GT Suites, Amesym) and programming languages (Python, R, MATLAB)

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience in the automotive or HVAC industry
  • Familiarity with sustainable refrigerants and global thermal system regulations
  • Fluency in French, German, or Italian in addition to English
