**Votre équipe**:

- La division _Real Estate & Logistics & Physical Security_ offre aux clients et aux collaborateurs du groupe Pictet une gamme étendue de services; elle gère les bâtiments du siège du Groupe à Genève ainsi que ceux des filiales, succursales et bureaux de ce dernier en Suisse et à l’étranger, et en assure la sécurité physique. Afin de renforcer l’équipe _Management _du département _Physical Security Group_, notre bureau de Genève recherche un/une:
**Security Manager**
(100%)**Votre rôle**:

- Vous aurez pour mission d’assurer le bon fonctionnement des infrastructures techniques liées à la sécurité de la Banque en Suisse et à l’étranger, afin de garantir la sécurité des clients, des collaborateurs et des installations du Groupe.- En coordination avec l’équipe de la sécurité physique basée à Genève, vous assumerez, sous la responsabilité du _Head of Department -Physical Security Group_, les tâches suivantes:
- Gestion du site:
- Etre garant/e du bon fonctionnement des équipements techniques ainsi que des dispositifs de sécurité et de sûreté du site, en faisant intervenir des prestataires externes du domaine, au besoin.
- Assurer la bonne exécution des contrats de prestations externes.
- Fournir un support technique de premier niveau ainsi que veiller à la maintenance des installations techniques de sécurité des bâtiments en Suisse ou à l’étranger.
- Etablir, en collaboration avec les prestataires externes, les concepts de sécurité.
- Garantir la sûreté et la sécurité des bâtiments et accès, en conformité avec les exigences de l’OCIRT.
- Effectuer des tests et des contrôles de qualité, pour garantir le bon fonctionnement des systèmes de sécurité.
- Assurer le suivi des audits internes et procéder aux mesures correctrices.
- Participer à l’établissement du budget du département.

**Votre profil**:

- CFC, maturité professionnelle ou titre jugé équivalent, complété par 8 à 10 ans d’activité dans un domaine technique lié à la sécurité ou la sûreté.
- Certification AEAI et/ou MSST: un atout.
- Capacité à former les utilisateurs à l'utilisation des logiciels de «sécurité».
- Très bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Office, y compris Word, Excel, PowerPoint et Outlook.
- Excellent sens de la communication et solide esprit d'équipe.
- Forte résistance au stress, flexibilité et capacité à gérer des tâches très variées.
- Esprit d’initiative, volonté de trouver des solutions et excellente gestion des priorités.
- Sens aigu du service à une clientèle haut de gamme.
- Français courant et bonne maîtrise de l’anglais.
- Disponibilité pour effectuer des déplacements professionnels en Suisse ou à l’étranger et être à même d’assurer un service de piquet.
- Domicile en Suisse requis
