**Your responsibilities**:
- Legal_
- Observe all Swiss laws and provisions in regard to the company’s daily business.
- Responsible for all legal topics and handling of all general questions regarding labor law, commercial law, immigration law, corporate law.
- Coordination and cooperation with external lawyers and authorities.
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating national and international contracts.
- Support the CH team in negotiations with customers, partners and suppliers.
- General document management.

- Maintenance of group-wide corporate policies, guidelines and other compliance documents.
- Supervision of business processes regarding legal and internal regulations.
- Conduct regular audits of company procedures and processes.
- Conduct internal training on legal and internal compliance topics.
- Renewal of group and company relevant insurance policies.
- Contact person for various compliance questions.
- Reporting to the Bord of Directors.

- Maintenance of the group-wide risk management process.
- Create and optimize business continuity plans to mitigate risks.
Collaboration with different disciplines like Business Development, IT, HR, Marketing, Finance locally and in an international environment.
**Your Profile**:
- Bachelor or equivalent / higher degree in Law (ideally commercial and labour law).
- 3+ years´ experience in corporate and contract law in Switzerland (AT, PL, SRB, GER, UAE are an advantage).
- Deep know-how and understanding of commercial law, labour law is a plus.
- Work experience in commercial law or as a consultant is an advantage.
- Dynamic and open personality willing to learn and grow with our company.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Business fluent in German and English is mandatory.
