Moonfare provides investors with innovative reporting and the potential to trade their stakes in funds using our Secondary Market. **Working Student - Partnerships (M/F/d)**

Moonfare is looking for a working student to join our Partnerships & Implementation teams. Within this role you will gain a multitude of experiences assisting in the day to day operations of our B2B2C & B2B business units. Reporting to our Head of Implementation you will work on topics such as customising our partners platforms, preparing demo environments for potential clients as well as a plethora of other operational tasks.

**You will**:

- Support the day-to-day operation of our Partnerships & Implementation teams assisting with ongoing projects as well as working independently on individual projects
- Maintain and optimise our CRM database
- Extend our Family Office reach through process automation & improved campaigns
- Client data gathering and cleaning using Tableau
- Assist the team with data collection and working with proposals requests
- Collaborate closely with our Partner Success team to ensure timely service provision to investors
- Provide continuous feedback to Product teams to improve our customer journey

**The next Moonfarian**:

- An understanding of financial markets and ideally has experience working within a banking or fintech environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Hunger for success, positive energy and resilience
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer experience
- Well-developed communication skills, specifically persuasion and rejection handling
- Can adapt relationship-building and communication skills for a wide variety of audiences and stakeholders
- Collaborative and willing to drive success as a team
