**Tasks**:

- Support a successful implementation of the “Environment Social Governance - ESG” initiative in the Western Europe countries as part of the “Business Excellence in Straumann - BEST” program
- Define project milestones, set-up ESG Western Europe project team and run the initiative in close collaboration with the Regional BEST Program Manager and the RFO
- Review of Western Europe car and travel policies in the countries as part of the environmental sustainability target achievement
- Close collaboration with Head of Global Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility, Corporate Innovation Team, Country ESG Experts
- General finance support to the RFO to help achieving local contribution targets depending on ad-hoc needs

**Requirements**:

- Cultural fit (Player-Learner); hands-on and can-do attitude
- Ability to influence, drive change and collaborate strongly with peers
- Passionate about sustainability topics
- First Experience in project management
- Firm with MS Office, in particular MS PowerPoint, MS Excel
