**Mission**
- Ensure continuous excellence in servicing of digital banking services client base.
- Offering continuous efforts in relationship management, and outreach to prospects.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the DBS team to identify new business opportunities and help acquire new customers in targeted regions and segments.
- Engage in ongoing follow-ups with new and existing clients to promote FlowBank’s services and enhance client interactions with the bank.
- Conduct outreach to prospective clients in order to elevate brand and service recognition.
- Collaborate with various teams within the bank to provide a smooth client experience in relation to transactional activity and day-to-day interactions with the bank.
- Assist in the collection, and reporting of documentation pertaining to client onboardings.

**Profile**
- Prior experience in a client-facing role, preferably within financial services.
- Proficiency in English required. Additional proficiency in French, German or Chinese required. Other language proficiencies are a plus.
- Affinity for networking and building new commercial relationships.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Flexibility to travel abroad, or within Switzerland.
- Swiss citizenship or employment permit (B & C acceptable)
