**Description du poste**: Nous recherchons un(e) Marketing Manager pour notre département Marketing. Dans le cadre de cette fonction, vos missions principales sont les suivantes: - Elaboration et supervision du plan marketing international - Gestion du budget de la maison-mère Balmain et supervision des budgets des filiales - Etablissement du plan media annuel (médias traditionnels & digitaux) et mise en œuvre des campagnes marketing - Réalisation et mise à jour des "Corporate Guidelines" - Supervision et encadrement du Digital Marketing Manager - Planification et mise en place d'activités marketing avec nos partenaires commerciaux - Planification, coordination et exécution d'événements au niveau local et national - Planification et suivi des Shop in Shop à l’étranger - Supervision de la création des catalogues - Développement du merchandising (PLV, matériel promotionnel, etc.) et gestion des stocks - Gestion des dossiers de presses - Création et gestion des outils Training - Collaboration étroite avec les départements Produit, Ventes et E-commerce - Rôle actif dans la direction de Balmain Swiss Watches **Profil**: Diplômé(e) en communication, Marketing, journalisme ou titre jugé équivalent Plusieurs années d'expérience dans un rôle identique Bonnes connaissances de l'horlogerie, de ses produits ainsi que de leur distribution Excellente maîtrise de la suite MS Office Flexible, autonome, organisé(e) et proactif(ve) **Compétences requises**: Orienté(e) clients et résultats Excellentes capacités organisationnelles et facilité pour le multitâche A l'aise en société et entregent **Langues**: Maîtrise de la langue française et anglaise, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
