_Alleima’s business unit Medical is on a growth journey of both organic and inorganic growth. Today we are double the size of three years ago and are precent in USA, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Costa Rica and soon also Malaysia._
- We are currently consolidating our two Swiss entities in Zug and Saint-Imier (experts in wire drawing and galvanic plating, producing medical, luxury and Industrial products) into a newly renovated facility in Sonceboz, Switzerland. We are looking for a Site Manager to lead the organization through the final steps of this change and into the future. _
**Your role**
As the Sonceboz Site Manager, you will lead our production site in Sonceboz, Switzerland, together with your local management team and an organization of around 30 people. You are part of the Medical EMEA management team and work closely with sales & marketing. You will be part of an international organization with a Swedish legacy, producing material solutions for mainly the medical, luxury, and automotive industries.
The new manufacturing facility is a newly renovated 4000sqm open shopfloor with state-of-the-art equipment for galvanic plating and wire drawing. Our customer base is global, and we are considered the center of excellence for galvanic plating within the Alleima group.

**About you**
We believe that you are a good people manager with experience of working in an international environment. A strong customer focus is important, since we are working closely with our customers. Communication with both internal and external stakeholders will be key to success in the role. With a brand-new site, a structured approach and good organization skills contribute to the success of the site.
Experience of leadership in production is key. Proficiency in English and IT tools is required.
