**Global Head of Supply T&W**:
As Global Head of Supply T&W, you will guide the Global S&OP process for T&W ingredients and raw materials. You will manage interfaces with Market S&OPs. Moreover you will design supply strategy for Taste and Wellbeing in collaboration with Fragrance and Beauty and the GBS organization. You will be based in Kemptthal reporting directly to the Global Head of Supply Chain T&W

**You will**:
**S&OP Guidance**
- Guide Global S&OP process for T&W ingredients and raw materials, managing interfaces with Market S&Ops
- Provide guidance to the global S&OP leaders, including ingredients managers
- Build vision and evolution roadmap of the global S&OP process
- Ensure agreement on senior stakeholders for important decisions
**Supply and risk management**
- Ensure supply of ingredients and raw materials to Givaudan T&W sites and 3rd party customers
- Monitor and improve risk management, allocation and crisis management processes related to raw materials and ingredients
- Manage allocation decisions for global ingredients and raw materials, and top risks and top crisis
**Cost management**
- Manage best practice design and implementation on write off costs and transport costs related to raw materials and ingredients
**Inventory management**
- Ensure global inventory remains within approved range
- Focus on provisions and discard to reduce the financial impact
**Supply Tools & Processes**
- Promote supply best practices and upgrade supply tools and processes for T&W division, in coordination with F&B and GBS (including capacity planning, IBP S&OP)
- Provide support to the integration of the newly acquired business into Givaudan S&OP and supply chain processes
**People management**
- Manage reporting team
- Develop skills of the T&W supply community members
**You have**:
- Master Degree in Supply Chain Management
- At least 10 years of experience leading supply chain functions
- Supply Chain expert with excellent knowledge of the flavors and ingredients business
- Leadership experience in organizations with a complex supply chain, complex governance model and in matrix structures
- Deep experience in design and deployment of S&OP as a governance process in supply chain
- Experience with supply chain processes, measurement frameworks, people successfactors
- Business Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage
- Experienced in defining and implementing strategies
- Expert in project management
- Experienced in partner and customer relationship management
