Human by nature.- As the Global Head of Quality, you will be responsible for leading the Quality organization and overseeing the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure that customer quality expectations are met. You will manage nine direct reports and work together to facilitate improvements in the quality of our raw materials, intermediates, and finished products, as well as ensure a smooth ingredient lifecycle process.- This position is based in Kemptthal, Switzerland, and you will report to the Head of Global Operations Taste and Wellbeing.**In this exciting role you will**:

- Lead the global Quality team, ensuring a healthy talent pipeline as well as high engagement and performance of all teams
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive internal, customer, and vendor quality policies and programs
- Foster globally networked technology expertise and implement global best practices
- Improve all quality-related processes based on a continuous improvement approach
- Explore and propose inspiring new ways of improving quality for our customers and consumers
- Encourage active best practice sharing within Quality, Givaudan, and insights from the external environment
- Provide the strategic link and voice of quality with key stakeholders

**Your professional profile includes**:

- Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline
- Of advantage a Master’s Degree in a Technical field
- Overall work experience of 20+ years
- Minimum 10 years of related experience
- Solid experience managing people and programs
- Deep Experience with all quality processes, including vendor quality, customer quality requirements, continuous improvement, complaint, issue and crisis management, audit, and change management
- Broad knowledge of order fulfilment, brief management, regulatory, and innovation processes
- Sound finance and business knowledge
- Experience with manufacturing technologies and product characteristics, such as liquids, spray drying, powder blending, process flavours, chemical synthesis, juice-based compounds, emulsions, separations, extractions, and distillations
- Strategic knowledge of IT systems, including Atlas, Athena, FPR, SAP, Compliance engine, PII, GSD, RMQ, QDMS, AVAP, and ILM
- Experience with Food Safety and Quality Systems, such as FSSC, AIB, ISO, GMP, GHP, and HACCP
