Manager, Analytics & Reporting EMEA

Planning is one of the critical foundational pillars identified by JnJ Supply Chain strategy that is crucial to building the world’s best supply chain. Planning forms a pivotal role in the synchronization of our E2E Supply Chain to meet our customer demands efficiently and effectively as well as improving our cashflow through optimizing our working Capital. At the same time, we need to ensure that we are anticipating the future trends and build capabilities to take advantage of these, remaining agile enough to ensuring we adapt and use this as a competitive advantage.

As a member of the EMEA Plan Excellence Team, the Analytics and Reporting Manager will own and lead the strategy, deployment & governance of reporting & analytics for the region. The aim being to drive accurate, near-real time and low touch planning & analytics and support insights generation to continuously uplift plan capabilities and performance. Role owner will be closely working with the different planning Business Process Owners (BPOs), cross-functional partners as well as with the Global Analytics teams.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Owns the EMEA Data analytics strategy, roadmap deployment & governance, working closely with the regional Planning & E2E Supply Chain Excellence teams.
- Owns the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing performance metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions.
- Works closely with the global Analytics and IT teams securing a seamless, fit to purpose, user-centric system & data architecture.
- Partners with global PLAN design teams to deploy global metrics, tools and capabilities within EMEA region
- Connects to the business, understanding its complexities, new business models and strategic priorities. With this, proactively initiate and uncover specific business needs and opportunities requiring analytical solutions to resolve and/or deliver business value.
- Works closely with other regions and broad supply chain functions (e.g. Source, Deliver, Make & Finance) developing end to end data & analytics strategies, consistent definitions and clear ownership and accountability

**Qualifications**

Education and Experience
- Master or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Operations or related filed
- 6-8 years of operational supply chain experience with proven track records of Analytics & reporting roles within supply chain planning functions (eg supply/demand planner, copacking, inventory manager)
- Proven project management skills being able to deliver complex projects in time while managing communication with internal and external partners.
- Other Experience: Six Sigma, SAP ERP, reporting, analytics, MS Office tools, familiar with Data Science methods (R, Phyton), UI/EX design capabilities, Lean Process excellence trainings or certification appreciated
