**Position Summary**

As a **Project Manager for Nestlé Professional Out of Home Beverage Systems**, you will be an integral part of the Nestlé Professional Research & Development Community. Your main responsibility will be to lead development projects for connected Beverage Dispensers with IoT capabilities, aiming to provide an engaging digital consumer experience. Additionally, you will play a key role in assessing beverage dispensers, such as Professional Coffee Machines, and supporting its selection and sourcing strategy.

In this role, you will provide training and technical support to commercial and implementation teams in various markets. You will also be responsible for solving technical issues and driving the continuous improvement process to enhance the performance and functionality of the beverage systems.

**A Day in the Life of a Beverage Systems Project Manager**
- Leading R&D Projects: Take the lead in R&D projects, which may include the development of hardware, software, or components for digital interactions such as IoT.
- Conducting Validation Tests: Perform machine assessments and in-cup validation tests to support the selection or development of beverage dispensers.
- Coordinating Field Test/Assessment: Monitor the execution of field tests and communicate the findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Managing of Technical Documentation: Manage and supervise the creation, publication, and updating process of technical information, in any shape or form (e.g. technical manuals, tutorial videos, maintenance manuals), in preparation for the launch of new beverage dispensers.
- Supporting Deployment of New Solutions: Provide technical training and assistance leading up to the launch of new solutions.
- Addressing Technical Issues: Follow up on technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and collaborate with machine manufacturers to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Drive Continuous Improvement process: Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and innovation in beverage dispenser development and evaluation. Implement best practices and lessons learned to enhance project outcomes and efficiency.

**What will make you successful**
- A degree in a technical field such as mechanics, electronics, or related disciplines.
- At least 5-10 years' relevant experience including:

- Experience in project planning and execution, budget and resource management, quality assurance and evaluation.
- Experience in providing technical training with a focus on soft skills, training, and knowledge transfer.
- Proficiency in conceptualizing and creating video tutorials for technical training purposes.
- Experience in a technical or laboratory area related to beverage solutions.
- Insight into after-sales technical service organization for electrical appliances.
- Experience in leading technical teams.
- Flexibility, openness, and a willingness to learn, grow, and adapt.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and complex business environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to challenge the status quo and drive innovation.
- A creative, proactive, and team player mindset.
- Fluent written and spoken English, with proficiency in additional languages being a plus.
