We are currently looking for an experienced Workshop Manager to join our team and drive the future of optical technology. You will work in our research and development team, helping to develop exciting new products by running a small, flexible mechanical workshop to deliver prototypes and process components.

**Aufgaben**:

- Manage, maintain and develop the prototype workshop
- Manufacture product, process and test prototypes, components, systems and infrastructure in the workshop and laboratory
- Assemble and test prototypes, process tools, electronics and devices
- Develop and customise measurement and production setups
- Actively support the R&D team

**Anforderungen**:

- Polymechanic EFZ or an equivalent technical qualification
- 5 years of professional experience in a mechanical workshop
- CAM experience on multi-axis CNC machines
- Experience with 3D printing (Prusa FDM and Formlabs SLA) is an advantage
- Experience with laser cutting is an advantage
- Strong technical and mechanical skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A proactive, independent, and solution-oriented mindset
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in written and spoken German preferred
