**Warehouse logistics employee (M/F/d) - logistician / dangerous goods / SOP / GMP / industrial trucks**

For our customer, a large pharmaceutical company based in Basel, we are looking for a warehouse logistics employee (M/F/d)

**Background**:
The Logistics Solutions Basel & Kaiseraugst service module offers business services, provides high-quality, cost-effective offers and recognizes trends early on. Simple and uncomplicated access to the various services for all employees is a key concern. We meet the different requirements with expertise and ensure operational relief, effective use of existing assets and compliant procedures. Logistics Solutions takes care of goods and shipments that come to the site, are stored and distributed here or leave the location. The warehouse logistics employee Basel is responsible for the operational processes in the logistics center building 41. The tasks include the processing of incoming goods, storage, picking and outgoing goods of the various products.

**Tasks**:

- Responsible for the correct operational handling of processes (warehouse management / incoming goods /
outgoing goods) in compliance with compliance requirements (GMP, dangerous goods, etc.)
- Carrying out incoming and outgoing goods
- Checking materials for correct quantity, material and batch number
- Packaging and handling of GMP, dangerous goods, refrigerated and frozen shipments for outgoing goods
- Proactive participation in process optimization and quality improvements
- Supporting superiors in optimizing processes, audits and
- inspections and updating SOPs
- Participation in projects
- Assisting with maintenance, identifying and resolving faults
- Booking shipments in the various SAP systems
- Carrying out inventory

**Must Haves**:

- Completed vocational training as a logistician EFZ
- At least 5 years of professional experience in logistics, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector
- Proven experience in the GMP / GDP area
- Very good PC knowledge (SAP, Office and other user programs)
- Completed driving test for industrial trucks
- Very good written and spoken German skills
- Good business understanding, service-oriented and highly flexible
- High degree of structured and independent working methods
- High degree of customer orientation and professional and proactive dealings with all stakeholders
- Structured, focused and organized working methods, assertiveness and motivated, able to work independently and under pressure

Nice to haves:

- English skills, both oral and written
- Training in the hazardous goods sector
