Dirige, planifie et coordonne les tâches et les ressources dans le projet.

Informe le comité de pilotage des problèmes du projet, des modifications du plan du projet, des besoins en ressources, etc.

Informe MUREX des changements dans les exigences ou dans le calendrier du projet qui pourraient affecter le travail de MUREX.

Veille à ce que le projet soit conforme à la portée et au plan du projet.

Ce poste nécessite une presence sur site en Suisse (Geneve / Zurich)

Une expérience approfondie en gestion de programmes ou de projets, avec une focalisation sur des projets d'implémentation et d'intégration de systèmes de base complexes et de plateformes de trading.

Connaissance des marchés financiers, des systèmes de trading et des technologies connexes.

Une expérience avérée dans la gestion de projets à grande échelle, multisites, multi-flux et multi-fournisseurs, de préférence dans l'industrie financière.

De solides compétences en leadership pour guider et motiver des équipes interfonctionnelles réparties sur différents sites.

Excellentes compétences en communication pour interagir avec les parties prenantes à différents niveaux, y compris les cadres dirigeants, les membres de l'équipe, les fournisseurs et les clients.

Capacité à aligner le programme sur la stratégie globale et les objectifs commerciaux de l'organisation.

Un bagage technique avec une expérience bancaire solide (incluant les processus et les produits).
