**Program Manager, Gas** **Location: Geneva, Switzerland** **Job Term: Full-time** **The Opportunity**: Based in the Picarro office in Geneva, the Program Manager for this specific role will support our growth on the Italian market. **Responsibilities**: Key responsibilities for Program Manager: - Support implementation of the customer-specific program workflows and develop training programs. - Evaluate customers processes, identify roadblocks, and simplify the workflows. - Have a hands-on approach, a strong technical acuity, and a willingness to drive customer satisfaction. - Play a vital role in supporting pre and post sales activity within major Gas Distribution companies. - Interface with new customers to organize and carry out field demonstrations and field trials using Picarro Energy product and services at customer sites. - Define and standardize use-cases workflows. - Define regulatory and customer-specific deliverables. - Define and maintain technical support and troubleshooting procedures. Key responsibilities for KAM: - Act as the main point of contact for the customer, collecting information/request, and distributing internally involving other members of the team as appropriate. - Understand customers' specific requirements and use-cases adopting Picarro Energy systems. - Work with customers to understand their strategic objectives and translate them into new methodologies, product requirements or new use-cases. - Measure customers’ satisfaction, identify key areas of improvements, and manage customers’ expectation. - Be proactive as a customer advocate, looking for and solving problems before they surface. - Perform data analysis, definition of KPI and reporting for each project. **Skills & Experience**: - 5+ years of experience in customer facing roles. - 3+ years’ of field experience/hands-on practice or knowledge of cutting-edge technologies (adopting electrical electronics, mechanical, optical engineering or a combination of these). - 3+ years’ of experience handling multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Ability to be a good listener, understanding customer questions and assist them to find the right solutions. - Excellent mind mapping skills, laying down complex processes into simple procedures. - Clean, detailed and clear documentation practitioner. - Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Results-oriented team player with a "make it happen" attitude. - Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work with constantly changing priorities. - Ability to travel to customer sites, conferences, and other outreach activities. - Demonstrate the necessary skills to negotiate issues with peers, partners and customers using a Win/Win philosophy. **Qualifications**: - Graduate/Post-Graduate in any engineering or science discipline (e.g. BE/BSc/MCA, etc.). - Additional technical and professional credentials relating to the aforementioned skills would be advantageous. **Language Skills**: - English: Professional working proficiency - Required - Italian: Professional working proficiency - Required - French/Greek: Proficiency - Asset **About Picarro**: - Picarro is pioneering a unique confluence of hardware, software and cloud-based computing unlike anything being done today.
