Tasks
**Requirements**:
Master in business administration, finance or economics / CIA, CPA / Understanding the asset management and investment fund industry / Professional experience in auditing, risk management, internal control, accounting, financial controlling and/or asset management/investment funds / Thorough knowledge and understanding of current internal audit and risk management concepts and practices / Experienced with IT and ERP systems / Self-motivated and strong team orientation / Highly developed conceptual and analytical skills / Ability to think and act independently / Maintain a clear overview of risk management issues affecting the organisations current thinking / Personal and professional demeanor, conduct and credibility that engages and inspires the confidence of others internally and externally and fosters a positive reputation for the internal audit function / A sense of focus and a style of leading by example, sufficient to instil in others a strong 'delivery' work ethic and pride in outcomes / A personal commitment to continuous professional development sufficient to create a learning culture within the Internal Audit Division / German as well as English.
