As a core member of the HR Excellence team in ABB Global Business Services (GBS), you will be supporting the Global Service Line Lead for Talent Acquisition to design and implement a best in class recruitment process, including system implementation. Working with variety of stakeholders you will ensure best user experience for internal and external customers and a harmonized and compliant recruitment process in over 100 countries.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Participation in project meetings and workshops and preparation of accurate summaries for creation of project plans.
- Driving of the assigned project tasks with independence, accuracy and speed and addressing any blockers and/or problems representing risk for the project timeline.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement based on feedback and experience with the customers and taking the lead on process improvement projects.
- Communicating information regarding policies and standards on assigned processes to internal customers in a clear and concise manner to ensure understanding and adoption.
- Ensuring that all systems and databases remain up to date with current process-related information, maintaining a high level of data quality.
- Preparation of accurate reports and documents.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Administration or other relevant field.
- Experience in a HR Shared Services environment for a global company, ideally in Talent Acquisition.
- Knowledge of Phenom People and/or Workday would be an advantage.
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively across various teams, geographies & cultures as well as independently
- Ability to manage multiple demands on time and work with cross-functional teams.

- A proactive way of working to serve customers with a “can-do” attitude.
