Our client is one of the biggest Swiss banks. To extend the onsite team in Zürich, we are looking for a skilled long-term Contractor for the role as Wealth Management Business Consultant.

Tasks

**Role Overview and Responsibilities**:

- Asset & Wealth Management and Compliance Transformation

Together with your team, you will focus on optimizing and digitalizing front-to-back processes in wealth management (esp. client onboarding) and the review, design and transformation of risk & compliance target operating models (TOM) in financial services, for which you also leverage risk analytics solutions (e.g. voice analytics).
- Client Analytics and E2E LifeCycle Management

You provide excellent support for clients in optimizing their client-facing advisory, lead generation and sales processes on a strategic and operational level.

Help clients to enhance customer experience and satisfaction while improving financial performance.

**Requirements**:
**Your Profile**:

- 5 - 10 years of professional Wealth & Asset Management experience
- Solid Project Management, strategy, and budgeting experience on financial projects
- Previous consulting experience
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
- Result driven way of working, and a track record of implementing strategic recommendations in a business environment
- EU/Swiss citizenship or valid Swiss work permit
