**Project Manager (M/F/d) for Product Material Compliance (temporary)**:

ABB Electrification business is looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive strategic product material compliance projects to support our expanding global businesses. This role will include interacting with and influencing a variety of internal and external stakeholders including R&D, Product management, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Legal, Sales and other partners.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Coordinate cross functional teams to develop and implement the material compliance strategy, processes and projects against regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Provide support for suppliers and track performance of compliance service providers
- Track progress of each division, manufacturing plant, product group, etc. to ensure no one is lacking behind.
- Triage and help to resolve compliance issues that arise; identify and drive implementation of process improvements to prevent recurrence
- Develop and oversee change management and continuous process improvement - including input to audit and oversight mechanisms
- Develop and maintain internal and business-facing guidance and resources for material compliance regulations
- Keep the management educated and informed on the regulatory requirement and progress of the projects.

**Your background**:

- 3+ years of experience in project management with working knowledge of product material compliance regulations like REACH, RoHS, EU WFD, TSCA, Conflict Minerals etc.
- Above average skills in data analysis
- A curious, critical thinker, with meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to resolve complex issues in creative and efficient ways
- Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently
- Written and verbal communication skills
- A relevant technical degree is preferred
- Conversational in English and other languages are a plus
