Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.

The new team has two locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations. The planned takeover by AUDI AG turns two teams into a factory team - and you can be part of it.

The Audi F1 Projects Business Strategy and Transformation Department in Hinwil is seeking a student or recent engineering or business graduate for a 6 to 12 month industrial placement to support immediately on various transformation topics during 2025. The role will include development of Power BI dashboards, support with reporting and assisting on various high visibility projects in line with requirements from various stakeholders and the senior management team.

The position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).

- Support the Business Transformation Team
- Creation of Power BI Dashboards & report
- Presentation creation
- Various project management tasks

**Your profile**:
Strong academic
- ground with degree level studies in Engineering or Business related field
- Experience in Power BI
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills & very good project management skills
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, organised, dedicated and able to work autonomously, thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Resilient, persevering and disciplined with high levels of empathy
- Keen, enthusiastic and able to work through problems with an analytical approach
- Full professional proficiency in German or English and a willingness to learn a basic level in the corresponding other language are prerequisites
