With the support of the team, youwill be responsible for driving the implementation of processes,documentation, and technical frameworks to ensure compliance andresilience across our systems.KeyResponsibilities? Lead the design,coordination, and execution of CRA compliance initiatives.? Translate gap analysis findings into concrete, auditablecompliance programs.? Develop, document, and implementprocesses, standards, and frameworks to meet regulatoryrequirements.? Collaborate with cross-functional teamsin R&D and engineering to ensure compliance is integrated intooperations.? Provide expert guidance on cybersecurityframeworks and standards relevant to industrial environments.Required Experience & Skills?Professional Experience: More than 8 years of relevant experiencein engineering and compliance roles.? Demonstratedexpertise in implementing cybersecurity frameworks such as NIS2,ISO 27001, product security standards (e.g., ETSI EN 303 645, IEC62443-4-2), or direct experience with the Cyber Resilience Act(CRA).? Proven ability to provide detailed case studiesor examples of previous projects in industrial environments.? Strong knowledge in engineering or a higher technicaleducation relevant to the position.? Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills, with the ability to workacross technical and business teams.Education? Degree in Engineering orequivalent higher education relevant to the role.Languages? English: Very good / fluent(required).? German: Nice to have.
