Do you have the ability to track legal disclosure requirements across multiple securities and financial disclosure regimes in a fast-paced, global, high-pressure environment?
Do you have a sharp eye for legal issues relating to capital sufficiency regimes, financial disclosure and corporate communications?
Do you have an interest for evolving trends in capital markets and like transaction work across legal and business teams?
We are looking for a highly competent lawyer in the United States or Switzerland to:
- provide and coordinate legal advice on securities filings and on capital market transaction structuring and documentation, including with respect to regulatory capital and relevant requirements;
- assess disclosures in periodic financial reporting and internal townhalls;
- provide and coordinate legal advice on disclosure requirements triggered by stock exchange listings;
- intermediate and coordinate the issuer disclosures for capital market transactions; and
- contribute to UBS' culture of compliance in complicated areas of law.
Description du profil
- Qualified lawyer with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- proven ability to work proactively and independently
- fluency in English (German is a plus)
