Assistant Relationship Manager

For our Private Clients division of the German-speaking part of Switzerland we are looking for a highly motivated and engaged Assistant Relationship Manager (100%).

**What would your role be?**
- Take ownership and support the management of a client portfolio, putting the client’s needs in first place.
- Be the go-to expert when it comes to the administration of the client’s accounts (cash managements, transfers, stock exchange orders and control of executions, fiduciary deposit renews, etc.).
- Use keen foresight in anticipating new risks through the accurate monitoring of risk and compliance indicators.
- Guide the relationship managers in KYC related matters, support them in the organisation of client meetings (arrange appointments, prepare required documents, deal with incoming and outgoing correspondence and more) and in the preparation of investment proposals.
- Ensure smooth openings and closings of accounts.
- Establish close collaborations with other departments of the bank.

**What are we looking for?**
- Previous experience in a similar position within the banking industry.
- Effective communication skills with an innate ability and strong interest for a high-level client service.
- Strong organizational skills, team player able to work under pressure.
- Good understanding of financial products and markets.
- Curious, flexible and positive attitude.
- Highly motivated, pro-active attitude and structured thinking, very well organized.
- Excellent IT skills (software tools, MS Office).
- Fluent in German and English, other languages such as French and Italian are an advantage.
