Our client is looking for Assistant Relationship Manager to provide support, advice, and a strategic approach to high net-worth clients. The individual would lead the sales and business performance and help to effectively manage client portfolios.

Duties Include:

  • Manage a designated portfolio of clients effectively.
  • Deliver exceptional service to Ultra High Net Worth and High Net Worth clients.
  • Address customer needs, including foreign exchange and stock market orders, while promptly responding to inquiries and requests.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, service providers, and business support teams to ensure efficient transaction processing and service delivery.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring compliance with AML and KYC regulations during account openings.
  • Timely and accurately receive and execute trade orders.
  • Contribute to the growth of the private customer business and support various projects.
  • Ensure all operational processes are conducted in full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

The preferred candidate will ideally have private banking experience in client servicing or front office sales support roles and demonstrate an understanding of how to deal with high-net-worth individuals on a daily basis. Fluency in Russian and English is a must. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as be able to interact at all levels of business effectively.
