**Description**:
We are looking for an experienced **ServiceNow consultant** for our customer who can develop in several projects. The customer is looking for someone who specializes in the conception and implementation of solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Your focus is on consulting, solution architecture and the configuration of ServiceNow modules. You will be significantly involved in strategic projects, including the development of a common service data model, service management and catalog management.

**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Advising customers on the optimal use and implementation of the ServiceNow platform, especially in the areas of ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, VR and ESC.
- Design and implementation of solution architectures on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on projects for 2025, such as CSDM 4.0, Service Management, CMDB / Asset Management and Catalog Management.
- Technical implementation and configuration of ServiceNow modules to provide customized solutions for customer requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Several years of experience as a ServiceNow consultant with in-depth knowledge of ITSM, CSM, HRSD, VR or ESC
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow module solution architecture.
- A strong “can-do” mentality

**Languages**:

- German fluent (C2 level)
