**Deine Aufgaben**
- Akquisition von Engineering Dienstleistungsprojekten (z.B. Projekte für die Entwicklung neuer Geräte, Software-Entwicklungsprojekte, Projekte für die Produktionsautomatisierung und -digitalisierung)
- Aufbau von neuen Kundenbeziehungen und Pflege der bestehenden Kundenbeziehungen in der Schweiz und international
- Präsentation der IMT-Dienstleistungen bei potenziellen Kunden
- Erstellen von Offerten (zusammen mit IMT-Entwicklungsabteilung) sowie Vertragsverhandlungen mit Kunden
- Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Kunden und IMT-Entwicklungsabteilung bei der Umsetzung von Projekten
- Repräsentation des Unternehmens: Teilnahme an Fachmessen, Seminaren und Kundenevents; Durchführung von Kundenbesuchen
- Mitgestaltung und Koordination von Marketingmassnahmen für ausgewählte Marktsegmente (zusammen mit IMT-Marketing)

**Dein Profil**
- Freude am Verkaufen, am Netzwerken und am Schaffen eines Mehrwerts für die Kunden
- Eigeninitiative, zielorientiertes Handeln und Hands-on-Mentalität
- Verhandlungssicheres und sympathisches Auftreten
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Software-, Elektrotechnik oder Systemtechnik (FH/UNI)
- Betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Vertrieb von Dienstleistungen und in der Kundenakquise
- Kenntnisse der Abläufe in der Produktentwicklung (z.B. Softwareentwicklungsprozess)
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
