Assistant Multi Family Office, Zurich, 80-100%

On behalf of our client, an independent asset manager and multi-family office based in the heart of Zurich, we are looking for an Assistant.
Your role will be servicing highly sophisticated clients daily, while also taking care of the their administration and supporting their internal processes.
Tasks
- Support the team in the daily client servicing
- Spearhead the account opening and maintenance process, for individuals’ companies and investment structures
- Monitor trade processing
- Maintain and regularly update our CRM
- Take care of company administration like expenses management, travel planning and various ad-hoc tasks
**Requirements**:
- Banking Apprenticeship or BEM Internship, preferably with experience in International Wealth Management
- Deep understanding of account opening and maintenance processes, for individuals, companies, and investment structures
- Good understanding of the financial markets
- Fluency in German and English
- Swiss work permit in place
