**DESCRIPTION**
- Festlegung und Umsetzung lokaler Marketingstrategien und -pläne in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Geschäftsbereichen sowie aktive Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams in Deutschland und London.
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von lokalen Kampagnen und Vertriebsplänen über verschiedene Kanäle (E-Mail, Events, Social Media, Content, Web...) und Produkte sowie ggf. die Umsetzung und Anpassung globaler Marketingkampagnen vor Ort.
- Verantwortlich für die Inhalts
- und Kontaktstrategie für alle Kundensegmente sowie managen aller Inhalte/Materialien, die zur Unterstützung des Geschäftswachstums entwickelt werden.
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung lokaler Werbeprogramme (Co-Marketing) für unsere Kunden
- Verantwortlich für die Planung und Durchführung von Veranstaltungsstrategien (einschließlich firmeneigener und branchenbezogener Veranstaltungen) im Einklang mit der allgemeinen Marketingstrategie
- Umsetzung einer digitalen Kommunikationsstrategie mit Schwerpunkt Optimierung der lokalen Website und der Kundenkommunikation über digitale Kanäle.
- Verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer Medienarbeits-Strategie in Zusammenarbeit mit dem globalen Team für Medienarbeit und den lokalen PR-Agenturen
- Unterstützung des globalen Kommunikationsteams und der lokalen Geschäftsbereichsleiter bei der internen Kommunikation über wichtige Initiativen
- Aktives Mitglied des globalen Marketingteams

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Langjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Marketing und Kommunikation im Finanzdienstleistungssektor, von Vorteil mit Erfahrung im Bereich Vermögensverwaltung/Wertpapiere
- Abgeschlossenes Studium, vorzugsweise mit einer relevanten Marketingqualifikation
- Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Marketing und Kommunikation mit nachweislicher Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingplänen
- Fähigkeit, innovative Strategien und Marketingaktivitäten und Medienarbeit voranzutreiben
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mündlich und schriftlich
- Hohes Mass an Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, an mehreren Projekten gleichzeitig zu arbeiten und anspruchsvolle Zeitpläne einzuhalten
- Sehr gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Selbständige Arbeitsweise und ausgezeichneter Teamplayer
- Fähigkeit, in einer Matrix-Organisation zu arbeiten und aktiv mit zahlreichen Interessengruppen innerhalb einer globalen Organisation zusammenzuarbeiten
- Fliessende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
