Operations and Transformation Program Manager

We are looking for a Program Manager to support the delivery of key cross-functional initiatives across ecoinvent’s Operations & Transformation portfolio. This person will help drive execution, alignment, and readiness for product adoption programs as well as business transformation initiatives and internal capability improvements.

You will work closely with the COO on strategic priorities such as product delivery readiness, organizational alignment, and strengthening how we execute projects across the company.

**Key activities**

- Project delivery & coordination:

- Manage and support cross-functional projects (e.g., customer adoption initiatives, transformation programs, internal capability building)
- Track and drive milestones, deliverables, and issue resolution across teams
- Help maintain visibility on dependencies, risks, and decisions required

- Cross-team collaboration:

- Act as a connector and facilitator between teams to ensure key decisions, milestones, and deliverables remain on track
- Help prepare internal teams for organizational or process changes

- Change & operational readiness planning:

- Support operational readiness for product-related initiatives (e.g. customer communications, documentation coordination, migration support)
- Contribute to broader change management and adoption activities across the org when relevant

- Reporting & communication:

- Manage status updates, program-level dashboards, and communications to leadership and stakeholders

- Risk management:

- Proactively identify risks, flag blockers, and support resolution in collaboration with the appropriate teams

**Qualifications**

- 3+ years of experience in project or program management

- Able to manage cross-functional teams and complex project dynamics

- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity across multiple stakeholders

- Excellent communication, organization, and structuring skills

- Highly proactive and hands-on, with a bias for action and a strong sense of ownership

- Comfortable with both product-related and organizational transformation initiatives

- Ability and experience in handling highly complex contractual and commercial frameworks

- Experience supporting go-to-market readiness and marketing activities

- Experience with internal change management is a plus
