Operations and Transformation Program Manager

We are looking for a Program Manager to support the delivery of key cross-functional initiatives across ecoinvent’s Operations & Transformation portfolio. This person will help drive execution, alignment, and readiness for product adoption programs as well as business transformation initiatives and internal capability improvements.You will work closely with the COO on strategic priorities such as product delivery readiness, organizational alignment, and strengthening how we execute projects across the company. Key activitiesProject delivery & coordination: Manage and support cross-functional projects (e.g., customer adoption initiatives, transformation programs, internal capability building)Track and drive milestones, deliverables, and issue resolution across teamsHelp maintain visibility on dependencies, risks, and decisions requiredCross-team collaboration:Act as a connector and facilitator between teams to ensure key decisions, milestones, and deliverables remain on trackHelp prepare internal teams for organizational or process changesChange & operational readiness planning:Support operational readiness for product-related initiatives (e.g. customer communications, documentation coordination, migration support)Contribute to broader change management and adoption activities across the org when relevantReporting & communication:Manage status updates, program-level dashboards, and communications to leadership and stakeholdersRisk management: Proactively identify risks, flag blockers, and support resolution in collaboration with the appropriate teams Qualifications3+ years of experience in project or program managementAble to manage cross-functional teams and complex project dynamicsComfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity across multiple stakeholdersExcellent communication, organization, and structuring skillsHighly proactive and hands-on, with a bias for action and a strong sense of ownershipComfortable with both product-related and organizational transformation initiativesAbility and experience in handling highly complex contractual and commercial frameworksExperience supporting go-to-market readiness and marketing activitiesExperience with internal change management is a plusWhy ecoinvent?As a fast-growing team based in Zürich with over twenty nationalities, we embrace diversity and promote a collaborative and adventurous mindset.
