Launch your career with an internship at the interface between technical and commercial fields Join our EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) Vertical Market Residential team for a 9 - 12-month internship, with a commitment of 80-100%, based in Altstetten, Zurich. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for project management and coordination among cross-functional teams with a focus on Modular Building (industrialized construction). You will support in developing innovative marketing and communication tools and platforms, ensuring effective outreach and engagement: - ** Market Expansion & Sales Growth**: Drive Modular Building in Vertical Market Residential, support local teams rolling out solutions to customers and develop new solutions based on customer needs. - ** Strategic Leadership**: Define and implement the regional Modular Building strategy together with other internal stakeholders. - ** Performance Monitoring & Marketing**: Assist in sales budget execution, oversee dashboards, and develop regional marketing and communication tools. Additionally, you will support the Vertical Market Residential Business Development team to **drive growth** in EMEA **Qualifications** - Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree, e.g., in Civil Engineering, Business Chemistry, or a related field. - Proactivity, creativity, self-motivation, and a passion for innovation with a "growth mindset." - You are fluent in English (spoken and written), German knowledge is advantage. - Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with various stakeholders. - Experience in digitalization and AI is a significant plus. - Enjoy maintaining international relationships, open to occasional travel.
