Operations / Project Management Internship in Potsdam Location:  Potsdam, Germany  Work Hours:  09:00 - 17:00  Environment:  Fast-paced, professional innovation hub  Start:  ASAP  Compensation:  €500/month  Office Presence:  Mandatory to work from our office in Potsdam. No remote options available.  Important Note:  This is a paid internship. We offer a compensation of €500/month. You will gain hands-on experience in project management, process optimization, and strategic planning, all while working in a professional and innovative environment.  What You’ll Do  Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of international projects. Assist in optimizing operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Coordinate with teams across different departments to ensure seamless project delivery. Prepare reports and presentations for management on project status and performance. Conduct market research and analysis to support strategic decision-making. Help manage relationships with partners and stakeholders in our focus markets. Required Skills Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
