Within the area of Order and Financial Management we are setting a new foundational digital core in place, for total IKEA and for many years to come. We have therefore initiated the Order & Finance Platform (OFP) Program. The OFP Program is identified as one of the key movements within the common IKEA Digital Roadmap, and OFP is one of the largest digital investments within IKEA Supply during recent years. It will create benefits and impacts across the complete IKEA value chain, from our Suppliers to our Retailers. We are looking for someone who will contribute to developing and establishing data and analytics practices in IKEA Supply SAP S/4 HANA ERP program, mainly for the processes Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report. As part of the Data & Analytics team in the Supply Data & Technology department, you will drive collaboration across **OFP Program **teams on data and analytics, providing technical and functional leadership. Together with your peers across Inter IKEA, you will be defining and implementing policies, controls and programs to secure data and analytics quality, accessibility and re-usability. You will also drive continuous improvement, collaboration and knowledge sharing of best practices, methodologies, tools and materials across the Data & Analytics communities. More specifically, in this role, you will be responsible for: - Lead the Data & Analytics for the OFP Platform (IKEA Supply SAP S/4 HANA ERP program) - Lead and work closely together with peers across the totality of Inter IKEA and across IKEA to strengthen and contribute to a strong and relevant IKEA franchise offer - Build, lead and inspire the community on a given domain, bringing passion and expertise on data and analytics practices, data engineering and modelling and supply chain business processes - Contribute to building and delivering the vision of Data & Analytics, principles and guidelines for IKEA Supply. Ensure that the business value connected to data and analytics is well understood and used in the decision-making process - Active member of the Data & Analytics Supply area of expertise, fostering a culture of support, collaboration, can do attitude and continuous improvement. In this role you will report to our Data & Analytics Manager at IKEA Supply and work closely with the teams for Supply Architecture, Supply Information Management and the Order & Finance Platform Team (IKEA Supply SAP S/4 HANA ERP program).
