We offer this position in a fast paced, truly global environment with an endless supply of challenges and development opportunities **Job description** Data & Analytics, in Core Business Supply and Supply Chain Development, has the assignment to create value and enable business movements by bringing data, people, process, and technology together. Data & Analytics is a reasonably new department with the ambition of securing access to data, competence, and the right tools for all parts of the organization. We are working closely every day with the business and product teams that deliver cutting edge, data driven solutions to the many IKEA customers and co-workers. As a Solution Owner you will be an active business partner by supporting different business units within IKEA Supply. You will lead the process to make data product accessible for the many people. Supporting the business to convert complex and large data sets into to actionable insights. More specifically, in this role you will be accountable for: - Lead the development of use cases and Data Product within the Data & Analytic Platform, connected to performance and follow up measurements such as: Availability, On Time Development, Portfolio Management & Scorecard and Dashboards. - Responsible to make sure that the insights and conclusions from data products are easily available to other parts of the organisation. - Manage data product to maximize their value for IKEA. - Support initiatives in the Data & Analytical Platform to maximize the value delivered. - Support a culture of data-driven decision making across IKEA organisations. - Work closely together with data scientists, data engineers, architects, analysts, peers, and other relevant roles across IKEA as well as in your team. - Drive continuous improvement, collaboration and knowledge sharing of data products and their value (methodologies, tools and materials) across the IKEA Community.
