Head of Sales

We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to join our growing sales team.

Tasks
- Build and grow a robust sales pipeline geared towards acquiring new customers
- Organize and conduct meetings and product demonstrations with potential customers
- Elaborate offers and contracts and lead contract negotiations
- Represent the product and the company to the outside world, e.g. in webinars, at trade fairs and industry conferences
- Build long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
- Expand the partner landscape with a focus on xorlab multipliers in the market
- Work closely with marketing to devise demand generation activities such as webinars, workshops and customer success stories
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets.

**Requirements**:

- Entrepreneurial spirit and a getting things done attitude
- Experience selling complex B2B SaaS products, preferably in the IT Security field
- A track record of developing a greenfield territory
- Hunter mentality with solid sales skills and an urge to pick up the phone
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and German and the ability to clearly and effectively articulate the xorlab value
- Extensive customer network
- BS/BA degree or above strongly preferred.
