**Supply Chain Management Coordinator (40%)**
- Global Production & Supply Chain Spouts is responsible within SIG for the worldwide production of innovative plastic closures for our carton packaging for beverages and liquid foods. The company produces more than a third of its annual requirements itself at various sites. Production takes place in large series on high-performance injection molding machines.
- To strengthen our SCM team, we are temporarily looking for a Supply Chain Management Coordinator with a 40% workload.
**Key responsibilities**
- Production planning of assigned products and ensuring product availability
- Forecast analysis and conversion into production planning
- Definition of production order lot sizes
- Monitoring and steering of safety stocks
- Transport organization with service provider
- Transport of spare parts and machines
- Creation of shipping documents
- Invoice verification
- Order processing in SAP
**You bring these skills, experience & education**
- Successfully completed commercial vocational apprenticeship
- German at native speaker level, good knowledge of English
- Working knowledge and use of office productivity tools (MS Office)
- Advanced knowledge of order administration and order planning (nice to have)
- Working knowledge of logistics and shipping (nice to have)
- Industry know-how (nice to have)
- Working knowledge of SAP SD (nice to have)
