**Des missions qui te challengent et te font progresser chaque jour**:

- En tant que membre de l’équipe Business Consulting d’UMB, tu représentes l’entreprise UMB SA sur le marché.
- Tu interviens en tant que Business Consultant et conseilles nos clients sur des sujets tels que la stratégie IT, la réalisation de checks IT, le coaching de CIO, etc.
- Grâce à ton expérience, tu soutiens également nos clients en tant que CIO ou Head-IT ad interim.
- L’identification de nouvelles opportunités et l’élaboration d’offres en collaboration avec l’équipe Sales font aussi partie de tes missions, tout comme la gestion autonome de projets dans le domaine du consulting.
- Tu veilles à ce que les accords contractuels avec les clients ainsi que les normes de qualité et d’efficacité des services de consulting soient respectés.
- Tu es un moteur d’innovation au sein de l’équipe consulting et encourages une amélioration continue.
- La participation à des événements professionnels, des conférences et la publication d’articles spécialisés au nom d’UMB SA complètent ton champ d’action.

**Ce que tu apportes**:

- Le français comme langue maternelle est une exigence incontournable, complété par de très bonnes connaissances en allemand & en anglais (aptitude à la négociation).
- Un diplôme universitaire ou HES en technologies de l’information ou en gestion d’entreprise.
- Une expérience professionnelle solide et avérée en tant que CIO ou Head-IT (minimum cinq ans).
- Une disponibilité pour les déplacements (60-80 % selon les mandats), principalement en Suisse romande et dans la région de Berne.
