**Travel Consultant BTC**:

- Full or Part-Time, based in Zurich of Home Office based_

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and will provide active travel consultation to them. You will build a strong relationship with the client and deliver an excellent and personalized service.

**A snapshot of this opportunity**
- You will appropriately guide and consistently provide consultation to the client
- Search and confirm travel reservations for the client
- Provide the client with the required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs and penalties
- Use the appropriate BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests
- Perform follow-up as needed and within the time frame promised to the client

**How can you set yourself apart**
- Experience in a customer service-oriented position
- Excellent problem solving and/or critical thinking skills
- Able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in German & English. French is a plus
- Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and judgment
