We are seeking a seasoned and experienced individual to join us as the global leader of our Pricing & Market Access organization. This opportunity presents a unique challenge to establish the global market access function by leveraging the heritage of our product portfolio and establishing a platform for future acquisitions and development projects, while simultaneously building a new, unique culture focused on growth, profitability, and long-term vision. What you can expect from this role is the opportunity to work in a start-up type environment where your position will be broad and hands-on, communication between departments is fast and effective and you will have significant responsibility and autonomy for your work and contribution. Covis is highly acquisitive of both commercial and late-stage development assets in the US, EU, and International.

**Scope of Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- With the COO creates, development, and implementation of Pricing, Reimbursement and Patient Access strategies across all therapeutics areas and geographies.
- Establishing a process to frequently assess an effective global price basket control system.
- Monitors price elasticity and reference price impact variations globally.
- Tracks developments & price evolutions of other competitive products; leverage best practices where practical.
- Monitors and evaluates effectiveness of products / access programs in each region.
- Collaborates with regional affiliates to develop effective Patient Access and reimbursement strategies including innovative pricing/portfolio approaches that achieve portfolio objectives for new product launches and existing product LCM.
- Directs payer and patient research activities to understand stakeholder requirements, key healthcare policies for chosen products/therapies, and health technology/assessment hurdles.
- Identifies, analyzes and prioritizes stakeholders for new and existing products.
- Oversees and conducts relevant payer/pricing market research and integrate clinical, market and payer information to develop and communicate the access plan.
- Supports due diligence efforts as required by the business development team in evaluating qualitatively and quantitively acquisition opportunities.
**Functional/Technical Knowledge & Skills**:
- Strong understanding of the payer environment, including coverage and reimbursement, pricing, health technology assessment, and health care policy.
- Command of market access dynamics by geography with ability to translate into financial impact and forecasts for annual operating plan.
- High working ethics and integrity.
- Ability to work cross-functionally.
- Ability to work with a wide variety of external stakeholders and represent Covis’ interests towards third parties.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with outstanding communication and collaboration skills.

- Strong organizational and project management skills with demonstrated ability to successfully drive projects to completion.
- Strong financial capabilities.
- Working commercial experience with specialty care/hospital products.
- Ability to operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining focus and a forward-thinking, customer centric attitude.
- Strong x-functional mindset and experience in matrix management.
- Entrepreneurial spirit; comfortable with rapid change, resource constraints, and the need to be flexible about roles.
