infrastructure, we are seeking a Global Pricing Professional for
our Franchise and Governance organization within our Buildings
Smart Infrastructure business unit Our shared journey could take
you anywhere ... where would you like to go? Location : This
position will be ideally based in Zug - Switzerland Your new
responsibilities - Global responsibility for transfer pricing and
related processes - Ensures that transfer pricing is an integral
part of the go-to-market strategy - Enforces proper transfer
pricing methodology in all countries - Manages the annual transfer
pricing cycle - Automates the transfer pricing process to the
fullest extent - Represents the business unit across Siemens and
all related companywide initiatives - Oversees and supports
transparency on W2W margin development and the related impacts of
transfer price changes - Opportunity to expand the role to Global
Pricing Professional besides transfer pricing Your talents and
experience - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Economics -
5 years of experience in a similar role - Pricing experience
preferably in the building technology market or other related
industries - Experience in dealing in a complex global
organizational structure - Knowledge of SAP SD and ideally with
Price Management tools - Advanced MS Office skills and practical
experience with AI Agents - Excellent analytical skills, affinity
for finance and related processes including automation - Proactive
attitude and an ability to combine technical skills with an astute
and flexible approach to commercial issues on a global level -
Possess the ability to influence and shape decision-making
processes - Strong team player with energy and commitment to drive
changes and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and
multi-cultural teams - Self-motivated, with ability to take
initiative and demonstrate results - Fluent in English - German
and/ or any European language is a plus Employee benefits - 2–3
