Our **sales assistants** are our ambassadors of our unique client experience at the heart of our business.

Here at Cartier we are expanding our family by looking for a **passionate, hard-working and pro-active** sales assistant for a full-time position, based in our **boutique of Geneva, Switzerland.**

As a Sales Assistant, you are the **first point of interaction** with the client and it is down to you to ensure the customer receives a quality reception as well as establishing consumer loyalty and satisfaction. It is for this reason that a Sales Assistant is key to Cartier.

In your role you will be a brand ambassador that delivers outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for the **client welcoming service**, **daily management of the boutique operations** including **stock management** while being passionate about luxury jewelry and current trends. You will be able to demonstrate behaviors that lead to high trust and accountability.

If you come from a luxury background with **2 or 3 years of experience in Retail** and you love working in a demanding environment, you putting a smile on a customers face, in both **French and English**, then we'd love to hear from you.
