Our global Service Business is growing and transforming, and we are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Global Services OPEX Manager to con-tribute to our mission: “Partnering for better Outcomes”.

Tasks
- Identify market trends and customer needs and translate these requirements in actionable improvements
- Define process roles and responsibilities in the parts delivery network and ensure a global rollout and implementation
- Identify, formulate and execute improvement projects
- Document and provide training materials for the global parts community
- Create and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is well-groomed and prioritized based on business value and customer needs
- Collaborate with development teams during Agile ceremonies to ensure a clear understanding of the product vision and requirements
- Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment

Required qualifications
- Advanced education in technical or commercial environment
- At least 5 years of experience in an international company, preferably in a spare and wear parts operations environment
- Capable of defining and executing process development roadmaps and strategies
- Strong entrepreneurial attitude and approach paired with structure and project management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Sound SAP knowledge
- Proficient in German and English written and spoken

Preferred qualifications
- Certification in SAFe Agile, such as SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner (PMPO)
