Introduction

As a key player in Bühler's ambitious Service Transformation initiative, we are seeking an experienced Product Owner to drive the development and operationalization of the Bühler Services Agreements solution based on S/4 HANA. This global solution for selling and managing Service Contracts is crucial for our transition into a business model that offers integrated solutions to improve customer’s assets performance, their processes and their business. Your ownership will be instrumental in developing this important solution, marking a significant shift in our service business approach.

Tasks
- You are responsible to develop with your Scrum team the global solution to sell and manage service contracts.
- In a scaled agile setup, together with your Scrum team you ensure continuous value delivery alongside the overall vision and roadmap.
- You collaborate closely with stakeholders within the Bühler organization, customers, and Product Owners from other Scrum teams to understand and refine requirements and to find value adding solutions.
- You own and manage the feature backlog, define user stories, and manage dependencies to other DevOps teams.
- You consult Bühler business partners in how to create valuable products and services based on the capabilities you and your team provide.

Required qualifications
- Completed computer science studies or similar fields (university, FH, HF)
- Several years of professional experience as a product owner.
- Ability to bring in an economical / value-oriented perspective to proactively manage priorities.
- Strong affinity for business processes, digitalization, and user experience
- Focus on built-in quality and experience with continuous delivery.
- Very good communication skills and ability to mobilize people without direct authority.
- Fluent in English and German.

Preferred qualifications
- Experience with SAP (SD/CS/Fiori modules) is a plus.
- Experience with the SAFe framework is a plus.
- Experience with developing Service Contract solutions is a plus.
