**Your Responsibilities**:

- Provide remote and on-site customer support.
- Standardize and automate operational processes for efficiency.
- Design, plan, implement, and maintain firewall and network solutions in client environments.
- Collaborate on planning and execution in customer projects.
- Analyze disruptions and error conditions, providing expert resolution in 2nd level support.
- Advise and support clients in procurement initiatives, as well as in the conceptualization and implementation of firewall and network solutions.
- Create and update necessary documentations for seamless operations.

**Your Profile**:

- Completed IT apprenticeship (Informatik EFZ), specializing in System Engineering/Platform Development.
- Strong network and firewall expertise with extensive practical experience (preferably with Cisco and Fortigate).
- Independent, precise work style with a structured and solution-oriented approach.
- Team player with a high focus on customer satisfaction.
- Driver's license (Category B) for on-site support.
