**Responsibilities**:
- Independent administrative processing of orders from enquiry to invoice verification
- Intensive communication with suppliers and internal customers
- Independent negotiation of procurements of services and technical goods with a focus on drawing parts
- Continuous improvement of internal processes as well as cooperation in various, also cross-divisional projects
- Substitution of other purchasing clerks
Hardskills
- Completed commercial or technical training or equivalent further training
- First professional experience in the field of purchasing
- Very good IT skills: MS Office, SAP
- Very good written and spoken German
- Good written and spoken English
Softskills
- Positive personality with negotiating skills, assertiveness and service-oriented thinking
- High degree of independence and initiative
- Strong technical understanding
- Precise and careful way of working
- Willingness to travel
