Postdoctoral Researcher in Comparative Single-cell

**Your position**
The goal of this Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF)-funded project is to investigate the gene regulatory logic of convergent cell fate specification in different parts of the developing vertebrate skeleton, compare it across different vertebrate species and investigate the role of the embryonic tissue environment and the species' habitats at large. You will be analyzing and producing a range of functional single-cell genomics data sets (single-cell RNA-seq, single-cell ATAC-seq single-cell multiome and spatial transcriptomics), EcoEvoDevo experimental settings and evolutionary-comparative studies across species.

The initial contract will be for 1 year, and can be extended for a maximum of 3 years (full funding available). The proposed starting date is 1.2.2025, or later upon agreement.
