**Job description**:**Position Description**:
As Associate Director of Biostatistics, you will hold a combined technical and leadership position within our global Biostatistics

department. You will lead Biostatistics department and projects, provide support in managing and deploying resources effectively,

and work alongside the Director of Biostatistics to maintain effective department at our locations that are focused on delivering

the highest quality of outputs and customer care.

**Principal Responsibilities Include**:

- Lead Biostatistics activities for client and internal projects, including complex projects
- Provide support in the maintenance of an effective Biostatistics department
- Represent the biostatistics function in meetings with sponsors (bid defence meetings, kick-off meetings etc.)
- Ensure biostatistics tasks for the assigned studies are performed on time and within budget
- Supports the Biostatistics Director in ensuring the alignment of team member objectives company strategy and objectives
- Support in reviewing budget proposals

**Job requirements**:

- Master’s degree in Statistics or related field
- Substantial clinical trials experience in a CRO
- Demonstrated experience in methodological biostatistics
- Previous project leadership experience
- Good SAS programming skills
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, and organisational skills
