Team Leader Artwork Management

We are currently looking for a Team Leader Artwork Management. In this position you will be managing the team responsible for coordinating artwork creation and changes for submission and implementation (INS/AV) and supporting Artwork Planners and Artworks Specialists in their everyday issues resolution. You will be directly reporting to the Head of Supply Operations & Services.

**Key Tasks**

**Packaging & Artwork**
- Lead Artworks & Packaging Team, enabling efficient, frequent and proactive communication between team members, especially with regards to the processes and quality
- Define and constantly improve global guidelines for Artworks governance, creation and maintenance.
- Ensure regular alignment across CSL divisions.
- Identify optimization potential of packaging material.
- Steering of artwork changes and align implementation with customer demands or authorities’ requirements.
- Support maintenance and creation of specifications (i.e. INS-AV, packaging specification, Change Control, PD Workflow).
- Support process improvement initiatives to reduce lead time of end-to-end artwork creation.
- Maintain and update supply, destruction & coordination list of all ongoing changes to assure in time implementation of changes.
- Act as main stakeholder between all relevant parties.
- Participate / contribute or lead departmental and cross-functional projects.
- Meets timelines and proactively identifies potential delays and acts to minimize them.
- Resolves issues appropriately and in a custom oriented manner.
- Anticipate future needs to artworks and packaging materials.
- Lead the maintenance of productive and collaborative partnerships with design agencies, CMO.

**SAP related tasks**
- Ensure access to relevant information in SAP (GTIN and Technical Codes, bill of material, revision levels, change number) which are relevant for artwork creation.
- Prepare revision levels and change masters for upcoming Artwork updates.

**Your Profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management or technical field relevant to CSL products.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a supply chain or packaging function.
- Demonstrated leadership/mentoring skills.
- Fluent in English (written and verbally), German being a plus.
- Excellent communication, planning and coordination skills.
- Excellent analytical and data management skills.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
