Financial Accountant (m/w) 60% - 80%

Aufgaben
- Führen der Finanzbuchhaltung mehrerer Gesellschaften (Holding, Immobilien, Stiftung)
- Erstellen des korrekten Jahresabschlusses, Kontaktperson für die externe Revision
- Erarbeiten der Steuererklärungen sowie der Mehrwertsteuerabrechnungen
- Verantwortlich für die Prozesse zur korrekten Rechnungsfreigabe und der Spesenabrech-nungen
- Weiterentwickeln der buchhalterischen sowie administrativen Prozesse inkl. IKS, Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung
- Ausfüllen des Reporting-Packages (monatlich) für die Holding und Immobiliengesellschaft

Qualifikation
- Kaufmännische Grundausbildung sowie eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung im Bereich Treu-hand oder Rechnungswesen (Treuhänder/in oder Fachfrau/-mann im Finanz
- und RW mit FA oder gleichwertig)
- Mehrjährige fundierte Berufserfahrung entweder in der Treuhandbranche, in einem Family Office oder ähnlichem Umfeld in einer Holdinggesellschaft. Erfahrene, agile Bewerber ab 45+ sind durchaus willkommen
- Abschlusssicherheit, Erfahrung im Bereich Lohnbuchhaltung sind ein Vorteil
- Selbständige, integre Persönlichkeit mit Fingerspitzengefühl und Diskretion
- Gute Kenntnisse mit MS-Office sowie mit einer gängigen Buchhaltungssoftware (Abacus, Sage o.ä.)
- Aufgrund des internationalen Umfelds sind sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (mündl. / schriftl.) zwingend
